Weekly Meal Plan: Mon, May 13 - Sun, May 19

Mon, May 13:
Cream Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos (my recipe)
BBQ Chicken Pizza with Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Onions

Also make: [Modified] Perfect Potato Soup. I followed this recipe loosely, and I used the extra bacon from making the Cream Cheesed Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos.


Tues, May 14:
Crock Pot Sticky BBQ Chicken Drumsticks, Steamed Asparagus, and Tots


Weds, May 15:
Indian Curry w/ Chicken & Bell Pepper/Mushrooms and Homemade Naan Bread

Also make: [Modified]Garlicky White Bean and Chard Soup and Amish Friendship Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies


Thurs, May 16:
[Modified] Perfect Potato Soup and Toasted French Bread


Fri, May 17:
Chicken, Rice & Cheese Stuffed Poblano Pepper Casserole


Sat, May 18:
Leftover Indian Curry over Naan for my husband, and Leftover Stuffed Poblano Pepper Casserole for myself


Sun, May 19:
We ate more leftovers today in an attempt to get rid of as much food as possible before our vacation!
