Also make: Amish Friendship Irish Soda Bread, and [Modified]Amish Friendship Bread [S'more] Brownies. For the brownies I made a graham cracker crust, added chocolate chips to the brownie batter, and topped the brownies with mini marshmallows for the last 10 minutes. I finished the marshmallows off under the broiler. I think next time I would add the marshmallows after the brownies are done and then just put them under the broiler.

Chicken Taco Salad with Sauteed Onions and Mushrooms, a Farmer's Market Tomato, and Lettuce from our garden :)
Also make: [Modified] Amish Friendship Bread Coffee Cake. I left out the 1 cup of nuts, fruit, or whatever; and I substituting the topping (3/4 recipe) from The Pioneer Woman's Coffee Cake.

Note: this squash dish was a huge hit, and very tasty! I added salt and pepper to the breadcrumb mix, but overall I would definitely make this again, next time with more squash!!
Also make: Crock Pot Fennel Infused Chicken Stock, Crock Pot Celery and Carrot Infused Chicken Stock, [Garlic] Naan Bread, and [Modified Peanut Chocolate Chip]Banana Bread Muffins
