Today was Memorial Day, and I had the day off work! I hate a late brunch and an early dinner instead of 3 meals.

Lunch - [Leftover] Roast Vegetables with [Leftover] Creamed Spring Onions on Pasta, Carrots and Snow Peas with Ranch, and Mini Babybel Cheddar Cheese

Breakfast - Chai Tea and Peanut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffin
Lunch - [Leftover] Butternut Squash Soup, Toasted AFB Irish Soda Bread, Carrots and Ranch, and Watermelon Chunks
Thurs, May 30:
Breakfast - Chai Tea and Peanut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffin
Lunch - Chef Salad with Blackened Turkey and Cheddar Cheese; Carrots, Celery, and Ranch; and Watermelon Chunks
Fri, May 31:
Breakfast - Chai Tea and Peanut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffin
Lunch - [Leftover] Butternut Squash Soup for my husband, and [Leftover] Scallion Pasta with [Leftover] Garlic Pepper Pork Tenderloin for myself
