Meal Plan: Weds, Jan. 30 - Tues, Feb. 5

Weds, Jan. 30:
Dijon Split Chicken Breasts and Stuffing with Mushrooms, Carrots, and Celery

Also make: a prepared dish of Chicken Divan Casserole ready for baking tomorrow, and a Baileys Mint Chocolate Milkshake (Baileys, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, and Cream).


Thurs, Jan. 31:
[Modified] Traditional Chicken Divan (I had cooked chicken breast, frozen broccoli, and pino grigio wine; and I also topped mine with crushed French's Fried Onions before the last 10 minutes of cooking) served over Jasmine Rice


Fri, Feb. 1:
Chicken Soft Tacos with Salsa Saffron Rice


Sat, Feb. 2:
Chicken Philly Sub with Roast Potatoes


Sun, Feb. 3:
Beer Brats on Toasted Buns with Freezer Fries

Also make: Blueberry Banana Muffins and Honey Beer Bread


Mon, Feb. 4:
Chicken and Cheese Sauce over [Leftover] Stuffing Pancakes

For this recipe I made the same cheese sauce that was used for the Traditional Chicken Divan linked above.


Tues, Feb. 5:
Chicken, Bell Pepper, and Mushroom Jalfrezi over Brown Basmati Rice with Naan Bread
