Chicken, Mushroom, and Onion Nachos


Mon, Apr. 22:
Green Salad with Chicken Chunks and [Modified] Stuffed Mushrooms

I modified the mushrooms by making a half recipe, using minced onion instead of onion powder, adding some breadcrumbs to the filling, and topping with breadcrumbs & crushed french onions.


Tues, Apr. 23:
Chicken Chunks in Mustard Cream Sauce, Baked Potatoes, and Steamed Green Beans


Tues, Apr. 30:
Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli


Weds, May 1:
Chicken, Zucchini, and Mushroom Tikki Masala over Saffron Rice


Thurs, May 2:
Fajita Taco Salad


Fri, May 3:
Birthday Dinner with my Family!


Sat, May 4:
Pizza and Garlic Cheese Sticks


Sun, May 5:
Chicken, Rice, Cheese, and Sauteed Bell Pepper and Onion Burritos! Happy Cinco de Mayo!
